myself? im smoking a couple ribeyes to well done-ness with charcoal and apple wood, after rubbing them down with mesquite rub and glazing them in a jack daniels based sauce i made

take a break, get grilling. its a beautiful summer. even if youre a vegan, get some of them beyond burgers without the s*y and throw on a pinch of kosher salt and black pepper, rub on some olive oil. throw them on the grill, be sure to get them beautiful grill marks. cut some lettuce, throw some onions on the grill for a minute, toast a set of buns. maybe cut some tomatoes if thats your thing.
assemble a burger, get some veggies on there too, fuck it. maybe a kebab.
its a beautiful evening, crack a beer and enjoy it. stay frosty lads.

The absolutely faggotry of this thread. If there is not an open flame and grill marks then it isn't a steak. You can baste your steaks in butter all you want, but you will never pass as a man trying to cover up all your soy.
