Oh yeah, I made some pizzas today.

I used manitoba cream flour, same amounts as regular flour, 4 days resting in the fridge.

When I took it out this morning, it was near sourdough.

So I'll simply let it rest for 2days next time.

The flour was definitely good. Crusts turned out great even though I couldn't shape it myself.
