What would be the most aesthetically pleasing way to make an iced latte? They way I've been doing it just fill a glass to the brim with ice cubes and then make coffee with my moka pot and pour it over the glass, consequently the icec cubes melt due to the boiling hot coffee or some pieces end up floating on the top. In the end i pour some milk on the top... So, what would be the correct way of doing this?

My iced latte (with skin milk) from Starbucks has been in the fridge for a little over a day and I wanna drink it. Is it safe to drink?
