meal ideas on a budget for a single person on £40 a week so roughly $56.17

i have a few ideas but get lost i dont want to resort to shitty take out food when i run out of ideas

breakfast 1 = oatmeal with banana also alpro milk
breakfast 2 = toast with butter basic shit
breakfast 3 = toasted cheese sandwich with salad
breakfast 4 = scrambled tofu (soyboy)
breakfast 5 = ?

lunch 1 = chicken with salad (basic)
lunch 2 = sandwich with salad
lunch 3 = fajita wraps
lunch 4 = soup with bread
lunch 5 = chicken wraps

dinner 1 = chicken rice peas (coon food)
dinner 2 = chicken and broccoli
dinner 3 = poor mans stew
dinner 4 = jacket potato with beans and cheese
dinner 5 = ?

as you can see i don't have a big pallet of meals grown up on frozen shitty food so no home cooking everything came out of a box
