Okay, so I think I'm starting to understand /ck/'s cooking skills, which correlates to what kind of threads are made here:

1% - Professional chefs and artisans (Michelin Star level chefs, Bakers, Beer Crafters, etc.. Think Hell's Kitchen level)
5% - Experienced cooks with a lot experience and knowledge and love flare (Think Master Chef level)
20% - Casual cooks with a lot of experience and knowledge as well but aren't very serious about it (Think Grandma, mom, dad, level)
74% - No experience or very little

So for every 100 people that post or make threads here, you should see about 26 good thread or posts that will give you really helpful cooking tips, show you step by step on how to make great food, and provide some legitimate inside info about the food business. The other 74 threads/posts will be about fast food, ramen, and other things that require no skills.

I'm guessing you can apply these numbers to the general threads like equipment, health science, etc., but I'm only talking about threads specifically about food and cooking.

what are some things to put into stuffed then grilled bell peppers? Ive got some cheese, salsa, wild rice, onions and am going to the store soon. Also tips for the prep process.
