Traditional Sunday roast beef dinner with all the trimmings.

How can other nations even compete?

I don't know m8. I wish I could put on weight. I eat loads but I'm as skinny as a snake. 6 feet tall and weigh 168 pounds. That's 12 stone for fellow britbongs and 182cm and 76kg for euros. I eat loads but can't put on weight.

It's frustrating. The only exercise I do is walking about 5 miles per day. Here's an average day's food; it's what I ate today.
Breakfast: 6am, a bowl of porridge with honey, 2 slices of buttered toast, an apple and a banana, two cups of tea.

Late morning snack: 11am a tuna and salad (red onion and lettuce) sandwich with a slice of cake and another banana.

Lunch: 1pm, pasta with meatballs in spicy tomato sauce topped with melted cheddar cheese, a yogurt with raspberries, another cup of tea, a glass of water.

Dinner: (just finished it): 6pm, homemade fish pie with salmon, haddock, prawns, mashed potato on top, shredded cabbage, broccoli and peas dressed with a bit of butter. A bowl of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce, and pomegranate seeds.

Supper: (haven't had it yet) 10pm, two slices of toast and a bowl of soup. (leek and potato today) Another apple, a small glass of whisky and another cup of tea.

That's a lot of calories. So why no weight gain? I eat a varied diet. The above is just today. As tomorrow is Sunday, I'll have a full English breakfast, skip the mid morning snack and have a huge roast dinner with my woman. I never drink soda/cola and drink alcohol occasionally. Maybe twice per week. All my food is home made, never processed microwave meals.

Where's the gravy? Serving that up without gravy is like making a Waldorf salad without the mayo or a grilled cheese sandwich without actually cooking the thing. It's incomplete. Pic related is a meal that more accurately reflects what we eat here in England.

Or is your real intention to passive aggressively poke fun at the British by posting a false, derogatory example of British cuisine? I can't always tell when someone's trolling on 4chan.

That said, the mere idea of haggis is disgusting. You want to take the piss out of British food? Start with haggis.
