I love Rice Pudding, my most favorite desert of all.
But what i love the most about it is the creamy milk mixture in the end which i drink up from it.

I understand that Rice Milk is one of the most popular hand made drinks in Mexico.
I have never tried it but by the sound of it, it may just be Rice Pudding in drinkable form by the liters which is something that i like the sound of.

So i want to ask you /ck/:
After strolling through a few vids, in some rice is turned into powder in a speed blender and added to water which is then mixed with milk in the end,
and in others the people cook the rice in water and then blend it and then pour the liquid through net, etc. etc.

What is the proper way of making Rice Milk?
What would any of you suggest who have experience making it?
