I work in a customer service job so I put on the friendly smile hello act because I feel a personal obligation to do a good job.
That being said deep inside I genuinely believe that if your experience can be ruined by the staff not smiling enough you should be killed.
My manager is obligated to respond to every review that we receive from customer surveys and sometimes people complain about the most inane shit. It boggles my fucking mind.
