How fucked is your shit if you consume 15-18 units of alcohol a week, during a single evening and repeat this pattern for 10 years.

All the alcoholics I know of would find these numbers pathetic and hilarious, but I am curious how bad this is.
I've tried to stop this habit and failed before, thinking of seeing a doctor.
At one point is enough, enough?

Alcohol is really good though.
