There's no magical American recipe for hot dogs, ding dong. Just heat it up anyway possible. Anyway, I like raw onion on mine. I've seen some people that like them fried, but completely caramelized is too sweet for a hot dog. But, try whatever you like. And try some of that Stagg chili you posted and maybe get wild and add some shitty american cheese product on top to make a chili cheese dog.
