I've squeezed some of the slices and did not want to throw them away. The remaining juice is released during the heating process which, in combination with the excess oil and herbs, makes a nice little sauce.


Second meal is chicken fajitas.
TexMex kitchen isn't too popular here which is why I always do my own seasoning blend consisting of:

Red bell pepper, cumin, cilantro, cayenne pepper, black peper, salt, brown sugar, chili, cinnamon and a tiny amount of oregano.

Plus chopped garlic and italian parsley.
