Thread back on topic mode: here's some easy shit I threw together tonight after work. Penne rigate with some sort of veggie medley stir-fried & mixed in. If it looks kinda bland, that's cause it is - the vegetable medley was a frozen mix. I added more than enough garlic and ground pepper to spice things up. Trust me it was more than edible, just not super fancy.
