Consider adding some more fats into your diet.
They are important to keeping your bone-joint cartilage lubricated, and it helps soothe your stomach while digesting stuff.

It can even be as simple as using olive oil while frying up anything. Try plain (as in unflavoured) yoghurt with your morning cereal, it doesn't give as much of a lactose intolerance issue as milk does. Don't drink coffee in the morning. Try a glass of water, and then a cup of tea. Even cheap tea suffices.

Use spices when you make patties and don't be afraid to get pork mince. I know they say leaner meat is healthier, but it is also expensive as fuck. Or use eggs.
