I realised something lately about Big Smoke's order

When CJ, Sweet and Ryder are asking for their food, they're talking to Big Smoke, not to the cashier

Hence Big Smoke's entire order covers food for all four of them, not just himself. Therefore the two number 9s and the number 6 with extra dip are not for him, leaving just a number 9 large, a number 7, and two number 45s (one with cheese) for him

That's a big order but not comically large
