Your mom sounds a lot like mine but thankfully, I was already an adult and moved out before she started going hard on meme diets.

I do think she's to blame for me being lactose intolerant, though. I used to drink milk every day with no problems but she recommended I stop drinking it to see if it helps with some physical issues I don't remember so I took a break for around 3 months. Of course, quitting milk made no difference and now I shit myself every time I have more than a small glass.
