I didnt take any pics. But the last thing I cooked I found the most blogger mommy recipe I could find and just cooked it. Because it met some prerequisites.

1. Im not running an oven
2. it looks like i can crank it out quick
BONUS: its cheap and all I needed on the ingredient list was some chicken.

Creamy Garlic chicken I paired with box mash tater, boiled broccolini and some croissants from the bakery section of my grocer.

The flavor seemed to be one note: salty. If I made it again (which i probably wont) I would have omitted the soy sauce. But you get a gravy you can put on the mash taters and broccolini. My gf liked it and it hit the criteria since Im in the mix of a bathroom remodel so eating for me right now is a time consuming afterthought.
