about their only achievement was literally burning the entire continent.
when they arrived Australia was completely covered in dense rainforest.
they figured out if they burned the forest then animals would come out into the open plains and nibble the fresh shoots and saplings sprouting, making it easier to hunt.
so thanks to them Australia's a dry desert shithole now.
