How do you cope with working in fast food?

>Car broke down the other day
>Think this will be a good excuse to go sober for a while since it's 100 degrees outside and the closest store that sells beer is 2 miles away
>End up just walking the 2 miles to get a case
>End up only drinking a few instead of the whole case
>Think maybe I just need more excercise to keep myself from drinking
>Walk a few miles for the next day and only drink a few beers a day
>Car gets fixed a few days later
>Immediately drive to the liquor store and buy a two liter of vodka
