How do I get consistent results when cooking these noodles. Is there some optimal procedure?
I need some kind of food scientist to explain to me what the fuck determines the outcome of the noodles because when I try to normalize the procedure, same amount of water, same boiling times, same sitting time in bowl, etc, it always comes out inconsistent. sometimes they will be soggy, sometimes they will be firm and crisp, sometimes they just absorb the entirety of the "broth" and form some horrible wet pasta.

I always ate 2 packets of shin ramyun with a whole stick of Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheddar.
