i love all sandwiches
for lunches I make egg salad or tuna salad sandies 4 days out of 5
egg/mayo/celery/pepper
tuna/mayo/sriracha
on the best bread possible

particulary at subway, them cold cuts must have less than 10% meat protein. the rest is just fillers and fat.

I used to only get the grilled chicken one, but I learned it was a pure soy patty.

Then started to eat tuna subs only, but it gave me diarrhea.

So now I just on't go to subway anymore.
