I roasted some chicken thighs with prefab jerk seasoning on top of carrots, brussels sprouts, and eency weency yellow potatoes, and did not take a picture at all. Here is the first large-size Google Images result for "jerk chicken" to soothe your nerves. Mine did not look like that, because it was just chicken thighs with McCormick spice mix on it roasted in the oven.

I like squishy carrots cooked in chicken ooze with a nice caramelized crusty bottom.

That top bite of the middle-left one just looks like it would be heaven, crispy, juicy, ugh.
