This guy is cool. I'm sad that his son doesn't appreciate 18th century cooking as much as he does, and probably thinks dressing up is gay. But my man James Townsend is the shit tbqhwyf. Would support him by purchasing some clothes but I'm strapped. His vids draw on authentic primary sources and reproduce recipes using authentic equipment. Purchased a ten quart cast iron dutch oven largely because of his recipes. 10/10, would select him as my settlement's cooper when SHTF.
