This is what a lot of my dinners looked like in my dorm in college. It was a hard time, I would eat one meal a day alone in my room and try to sneak out at odd times by out of the way exits so I wouldn't have to encounter anyone and then just go straight to class and to the lab I worked in and then sneak back in. I hope things get better OP.
