Im in houston please enlighten me, I know one place in the city that has them and they are always gone and probably no where near as fresh as they should be. The only place I've had a real poutine is at St' Arnolds Brewery tour, pic related, was good but I'd like to make my own.

hell yeah, going on a brew tour tomorrow, probably karbach, I will also probably be eating hipster food from a food truck with my hipster beard

I found the one place in houston that makes it, pic related bretty good, I would like to make them but curds are impossible to find in this area, I don't like buying cheese online

my first poutine on a brewery tour, to my knowledge it's the only place in houston to get the real thing
