when do you know they're done? do you wait until they release all their water and the water cooks off? i feel like by that time they're mushy. i know you want them to get golden brown, but that's hard to get unless you have very dry mushrooms and plenty of space in the pan.

I love mushrooms so much it's unreal.

Apparently when I fry these in olive oil, the room smells like cum. I don't smell that at all but is there something I can add to them to mask this?

for me it's mushrooms. if I eat a lot of them I am farting non-stop till the next day
