Well in prison I'd imagine the plan is to waste as little money as possible on prisoners food. Oh and a cheat day after a 3 day fast? Doesn't seem like a good idea mate. I fasted for 5 days once and let me tell you, the day after I couldn't hardly eat lol. I ended up reading that pigging out after a long fast can send your body into shock and fucking kill you lmao. Apparently some of the 600 holocaust survivors died after they were given candy bars by the allies. Congrats on the weight loss though, I know it's tougher when you're that heavy but you seem to be crushing it. You ever think about not eating bread and tortillas? Also Magic Spoon is pretty tasty for a healthy snack, I suggest Original and Mapple Waffle.
