I have some sort of irritable bowl syndrome
Almost every meal I eat out makes me sick and have horrible diarrhea . I have to be very careful in everything that I eat and cook everything myself. My diet is extremely limited and I don't really enjoy eating that much anymore. I lost a lot of weight and am very skinny.

Eating doesn't really comfort me or feel good anymore, despite the fact I need to do it to survive. I can go days only eating a few things here and there because it's not really enjoyable and I would rather not have stomach pain or horrible trips to the bathroom. I used to eat dairy all the time, now I am lactose intolerant.

Consider yourself fortunate
I would like to just be able to eat food like a normal person like I used to. Getting enough calories is a struggle.
