I own two Pembroke welsh corgis, but I'm unsure how to cook them.

I have a few Iranian places where I live that offer lots of lamb cuts and saffron infused foods, as well as kebabs...stuff like that. Even lamb burgers which is kind of a bitch to do. Both places are kinda Meh overall but I can't hate them. On OP's point though, one of them does stuff like fried chicken and fish and chips...it's like they want to have authentic menu items but they have to compromise to get asses in seats to, you know, make money.

I'd shave it first so it thinks it's getting a bath, then snap the neck and proceed to breaking down the legs and gutting. Remove the head and sell it to someone in Africa. Season and roast and serve over basmati rice.

If you've never had it I wouldn't add much, first time is best time and combining flavors could fuck it up for a first. That said duck bacon is great, and if you order either get it on the side for your first lamb bite.

Me and my significant other spend about $160 a month on food we cook IN the house. But we also eat out a lot and that's probably another $200-$250.

That's not including dog food, pic related.

I'll give cilantro a 5/10 and I'm being generous.
