This. the caramelized, crispy rice at the bottom is delicious. Pic related, it's tah dig, the crispy rice from the bottom of a pot of persian saffron rice. (a very close up pic, because my other is too big to post).

So, I'm done cooking, done taking pictures, done eating, but I'm not going to get anything posted until the morning. Too much vertical making, too little time. Pye needs sleep now...It was fun, though.
