try to eliminate all FODMAPS for at least 2 weeks, then reintroduce them one at a time to identify which is it that cause the most symptoms. yes that means eliminating most vegetables, legumes and fruits, even those commonly believed to be "healthy". in doubt, don't eat it.
>FODMAPs are a group of commonly malabsorbed carbohydrates (sugars and fibers) that are especially hard to digest.
