Maybe he's shitty at prep. Most of the 'time' you spend cooking is chopping shit. I can slice and dice like a motherfucker, so cooking for myself for every meal isn't a chore. I diced all this shit and seasoned the meat in like 15 mins

I was going to make braiswd beef oxtail tomorrow, and am debating whether to make it stew style with fresh bread or more like a Bolognese with fresh pasta. Pic related is my most of the ingredients, depending on what I do. Strongly leaning towards homemade rigatoni with a tomato forward sauce.
>Plastic container - sweet onion, garlic, carrots, celery, red sweet peppers
>Dry marinade for oxtails - shallot powder, garlic powder, paprika, lemon peel, salt, pepper
I have a shitty white wine to deglaze/braise with as well.
