My wife, french grandparents, prefers the darker roast but they also give us blonde which is pretty good and has a lot more caffeine and flavor. I agree Starbucks means way too burnt for me typically, but it goes good for reloading the Nespresso and for the moka pot.

I actually want my bean grounds to mold. I've been composting them literally hundreds of pounds, with hundreds of pounds of wood chips.
