Cane's is still closed inside, I know you are going to say I can take it and eat at home, but that's not how you are supposed to eat Cane's tendies. You eat them there in the atmosphere with biscuit and lemonaide and look at the art and smell the hot oil wafting through. I don't like this new normal bros. I want it to stop. ;_;

Take 3-5 Pablano, 3-5 Guajillo, and 2-4 California chilli's
Cut into thin strips and toast in dry pan
Add chicken stock, let steep for hour
process steeped peppers and stock into paste, add cumin, chocolate or coffee, cayenne, pepper, cinnamon, and stock if too thick

Take any cut of meat, brown it, make sure it's either ground or cubed though
Make a solid fond in the pot, then set aside the meat
Sweat a sweet onion, two (fire roasted) poblanos, and 4-8 jalapenos, then de-glaze with a full beer, add in chicken or beef stock, 1-2 cans of crushed tomatoes, bay leaf, your spice paste, browned meat, and beans which are optional
Let simmer for 3-6 hours on low
Serve with cheddar, cornbread which you totally made in those 3-6 hours, and cilantro if you aren't a pussy
It's better to use dried beans over canned beans, and fresh roasted ripe tomatoes over canned
