I am trying to eat less meat so I am making bean tacos instead of my usual bean + mince.
What could I add with the beans to fill it out a little more?

I usually do
1kg mince
1 large onion
400g mixed beans
Spices

Today I removed the mince and doubled the beans but I still feel the need to have something extra with it.
