what can I make with flour, sugar and water? no eggs or milk. I have a lot of vegetable oil too if that widens my options.

Also, how can I look up recipes that only have the ingredients I already have? if I search flour+water+sugar recipes, I only find over-complicated recipes with 5+ ingredients.
