I generally don't eat anything undercooked from factory farmed anything, especially chickens, where they are mutilated and treated like shit, and literally, they are sitting in their own shit all day.

Even "organic" and "free range" standards in the US are so lax farms are allowed to use "organic" pesticides in their food and still get the label.

So basically, no I wouldn't eat a raw egg, not from Japan either where it's probably similarly regulated by old corrupt business men.
