well can you measure? in grams? maybe oz?
okay no you probably can't.
you need a ratio of 3 parts flour, 1 part butter, 2 parts liquid.
I did this
330g flour
7g salt
10g b.powder
5g b.soda
mix those up
113g aka 1 stick of butter frozen and grated with a box greater the big holes work best
mix again so that all three butter is coated with flour
220g buttermilk
stir with the stick end of a wooden spoon until it's coming together, add more liquid only if necessary
knead the dough just twice and roll it out to the thickness you w ant your biscuit I like two inches thick. Cut them and brush the tips with buttermilk before placing in oven
bake at 435 until it's all browned not longer than 20 minutes.
