These dumb fucks admitted that they didn't do the math and were selling all you can eat shrimp at a loss. It wouldn't surprise me if the price increase to $25 (from $20) ended up with them still selling it at a loss. I don't know why they didn't require you to buy a drink in order to be eligible for the promotion which is what most restaurants do in order to cover the cost of the loss leader. No wonder Red Lobster is on the verge of bankruptcy.
