What is your opinion on beef tongue?
Is it normal to eat it where you're from?
How do you prepare it?

In Norway it's very popular during christmas time, at least in the countryside. They're lightly salted and we usually boil them and cut them up to have on a slice of bread with mayonnaise. It's easily one of my favorite foods.
Some people do find it weird though, until they've tried it.
