Its called chicken parmesan but it seems that people tend to use mozzarella.
What is the correct cheese for this dish?

Im making Chicken Parmesan tonight.

Both of my parents used ground turkey in place of ground beef in everything.
My mother made crock pot meals swiming in cream of mushroom soup all the time (beef stew was beef, potatoea and carrots soaking in mushroom soup all day).

You can use healthier oils as well. Avocado oil is great but a bit pricey. Just cook lots of veggies and stay away from sugar and youll be eating healthier than 90 perce... 97 percent of Americans.
