Crystal is my favorite of the aged cayenne vinegar hot sauces, but I go through a regular rotation of this type of hot sauce, honestly the second best of these types of hot sauces I ever had was from one of those Walmart hot sauce variety packs they sell around Christmas time.

Love this, I buy a small bottle every few months but it tastes like the recipe has changed or something recently. Maybe my taste buds are fucked, the Tabasco Chipotle tastes different to me now as well

Tobasco has always been to vinegar-y to me. I prefer pic related for my go-to all purpose hot sauce.

I have other sauces in the fridge but usually just stick with crystal
this shit is good on pretty much everything

this here is a classic, pretty much just cayenne and vinegar. good starter hot sauce
