I regularly drink 2-4 cups a day depending on my schedule, the more places I go where people live, including myself in that the more I generally drink, it's good manners.
Have noticed after a couple of days without a cuppa now though I'm getting much less icky spit and less plaque & colouration of my teeth when looking at my brushing residue and my breath is generally fresher during the day.
I drink a brand called Yorkshire Tea which is a tasty rich black tea, with a splash of milk and honey so it's a rich clay colour and have done for some years now. I notice when having to drink off brand red label supermarket blend for a while, when I come back to Yorkshire Tea the flavour is immense but after a while of being back on the good stuff you don't notice it so much if at all.
So I'm thinking of trying to get something less strong, that has added health benefits, less tannins and less if any fluoride.
