The rear of my lower incisors will gradually get tartar build-up, and I'm not sure how common that is or if it's just my teeth, but the dentist usually scrapes off some every visit. However, if I have one Monster Zero Ultra per day for a week (doesn't happen with other flavors or types of sweeteners), those teeth will always have a massive tartar build-up by the end of the week. Does that happen to anyone else?

Not my teeth, but it's kind of like this (just not that severe because I have a metal pick that I use to scrape it off when it starts to accumulate).
