This shit, everytime somebody suggests it to alkalinize and detoxify my body for everything from weight loss to curing cancer I want to strangle the life out of them with their own intestines

Has anyone here ever had any luck making Posca? I would love to find a good, actually drinkable, recipe for this. Preferrably using pic related.

"Posca was a popular drink in ancient Rome and Greece, made by mixing sour wine or vinegar with water and flavouring herbs. It originated in Greece as a medicinal mixture but became an everyday drink for the Roman army and the lower classes from around the 2nd century BC, continuing to be used throughout Roman history and into the Byzantine period."

Look up drink recipes to make with this stuff. Drink daily. Preferring or before meals.

Also, show pic of your stomach to give an idea of how fat you're talking.

Any of you co/ck/s drink or use this? I've been nursing a sore throat for a while now and was thinking of getting some of this, since it supposedly helps.
