There's lots of carnie food I like to make with substitutes but I guess it would pointless to say in this thread if it's just regular cuisine.

>nut cutlet (we can get them in burger shapes in the UK) in a roll with salad, hummus and buffalo hot sauce
>tomato and basil pasta
>hot chickpea wrap with salad (sauté the chickpeas with garlic powder, salt and buffalo sauce), you can make a dressing for it with hummus and lemon juice
>chickpeas curry with fresh coriander (also nice in a wrap)
>beans on toast (great with cheese if you have a substitute)
>fried rice with onions, peppers, chickpeas, hot sauce, paprika, garlic, lemon juice and soy sauce (black salt can give it an eggy flavour)
>chips (by which I mean fries, only chunkier) with ketchup if I'm feeling classy, salt and vinegar too

Where I say salad, I usually use lettuce, red onion and tomato.
