Why do I need 20k euros to pull good espresso? I'm ~1200usd into this setup and very happy. Another 1.5k deep already with a new grinder otw. Debating selling the flair and "upgrading" if the Odyssey Argos first round has no issues but that just gets me a tank to descale and a steam wand I'll rarely use. Pic related. It's bretty good. Next one is going to be better. Great home espresso has never been cheaper.
