ok anon this is the 101 on boiling eggs to a perfect hard boil

boil 750mL of water then throw half away
put the eggs in
turn off the stove
wait 3min
turn the stove back on untils it boils again
then repeat the same process 5 or 6 times (japanese masters do it for about 10times)
be careful to not let your water hard boil more than 15seconds or it wont taste the same

The chicken isn't greasy or oily when it's been in the fridge overnight and it goes great on a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese and pepper with some mayo

You might think it's dumb but it tastes fucking amazing and I think it's way more better than reheating it up or eating the cold chicken by itself
