Why is this shit so often used? It has no taste and it has no nutrients. Why not just pour crackers on your burger? In what situation does this trash make a superior substitute to real root vegetables ?

I live in an area with a lot of family run/private pizza/sub shops.

About 15 of which deliver to me normally, and with UberEats/Postmates/Grubhub that number almost triples.

Lots of good pizza and sub options, but it seems almost no one can make decent fries.

Out of the 40+ delivery options, only around 3 make passable fries.

How can they fuck up something so simple?

Should I just start making my own in bulk and prepare them while waiting for my food to be delivered?

Any good fry recipes?
