This is why I am happy I have years of experience as a sautee, if you can master shrimp and blackened pot stickers(dumplings) without burning them you are gonna make it
Tossing shrimp is fun when using burners because the butter flicking through the air with shrimp will catch fire for a split second each flip which helps braise the edges and corners of the shrimp.
