>Waitress overhears dad at some point, looks uncomfortable
>She seems to start avoiding us
>The manager comes over to our table
>He's a big scary black man
>"I've been told something might be the matter here. Is there anything I can help you with?"
>Dad says no, there must have been a misunderstanding
>Finish meal in silence
>Different waitress gives us our bill

That was a couple years ago. He still pulls this shit, but so far none have noticed since.

What's the best way to make dry-rubbed chicken thighs/drumsticks into pulled chicken? I've only done it sear/crockpot but I want to learn a nice oven braise.
